
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has nearly completed a technology refresh upgrade of the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS)--a DoD/intelligence community network for the dissemination of Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information, a top DIA official said on Tuesday.
