High winds at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California postponed the Nov. 15 launch of the first Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS-1), according to NASA and United Launch Alliance (ULA).A new launch date has not yet been announced. “The team is working to establish a new launch opportunity,” ULA tweeted.The delay is the mission's third this month.
