iRobot Wins Canadian CBRN Contracts For PackBot

iRobot Corp. (IRBT) Sept. 8 said it has been awarded multi-year contracts with an initial value of $9.6 million by the Canadian Department of National Defense (DND) for the delivery of 20 510 PackBot CBRN Recce Systems, training and future product lifecycle support. All systems are expected to be delivered by April 2015. The iRobot 510 PackBot CBRN Recce System is a modular expansion to the 510 PackBot Multi-Mission robot platform that meets specific requirements set by the Canadian DND.…
