Industry Spooled Up For Navy Helicopter Trainer Competition

Hard at work on a formal set of requirements, the U.S. Navy is not saying much about its effort to replace its aging TH-57 training helicopter, but the competition is already spooling up.Based on a draft request for proposals published in October, the Navy is in the market for a commercial, off-the-shelf replacement for its TH-57 Sea Ranger training helicopter fleet.
