IDO Security Introduces Upgraded MagShoe

IDO Security [IDOI] has introduces a new version of its MagShoe weapons metal detection system, the MagShoe 3G, which offers more coverage of a person's lower extremities. The step-in MagShoe 3G detects concealed weapons up to eight inches from the ground up, doubling the height capacity of previous models. IDO says the new device also features an enhanced screening algorithm to make it easier for security personnel to identify threats without requiring subjects to remove their shoes.
