Hicks: Speed in Affirming Systems Meet Command Needs Key in Replicator

As industry awaits the debut of military service program of record requests for Replicator in the upcoming fiscal 2026 budget, Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks said on Wednesday that accelerating military-civilian affirmations that systems meet field requirements has been key in the effort thus far.
