
The House Armed Services Committee (HASC) has rejected an Army proposal to move money from some programs--$128 million from the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T), $171 million from reset of High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (Humvee) vehicles, and $17 million from Stryker modifications--into others DoD feels have higher priority.
