Goodrich Corp. [GR] last week said it has acquired Cloud Cap Technology, Inc. (CCT), a provider of avionics systems for small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and sensors for manned aircraft. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Oregon-based CCT has about 30 employees. Goodrich said the company's products are used on most small UAVs in operation or in development.
