GD Rotates Combat Systems Chief Heebner To Information Systems Group

Drawing from its bench, General Dynamics [GD] yesterday said it has appointed David Heebner, who is currently in charge of the company’s Combat Systems group, to become head of the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) group, effective immediately. Heebner, 68, takes over IS&T for Jerry DeMuro, who left GD last month to pursue other opportunities.
