GD Canada Wins Peruvian Contract to Upgrade Seasprites

Canada and Peru have awarded General Dynamics [GD] Canada a multi-million dollar contract to upgrade and overhaul five SH-2G Super Seasprite helicopters for delivery to Peru, the company said Oct. 29. Four Seasprites will be remanufactured and upgraded while a fifth will be overhauled before delivery. The contract was facilitated by the Canadian government’s government-to-government contracting organization, the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC).
