Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who was once the top Democrat on the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, has been picked as Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate for the Democratic presidential ticket. Walz, who served for over 20 years in the Army National Guard and reached the rank of command sergeant major, has helped to secure the VoteVets political action committee’s first ever endorsement for a presidential general election. “Governor Walz is going to supercharge this ticket, and here is why.…
