Elbit’s Subsidiary In U.S. Completes M7 Aerospace Acquisition

The Elbit Systems of America subsidiary of Israel's Elbit Systems yesterday said it acquired 100 percent of M7 Aerospace LP in a $85 million all cash transaction.
