OSI Systems [OSIS] 4Q09 4Q08 FY09 FY08 Sales $139.1M $171.2M $590.4M $623.1M Net Inc. $4.3M, 0.24 $5.5M, 0.31 $11.2M, 0.63 $13.9M, 0.78 Revenues declined 19% in the quarter as sales were off in all three divisions. A strengthening dollar accounted for 3% of the drop. At the Security segment, sales fell 5% to $58.7M due to the stronger dollar.
