The Defense Department’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) on Thursday issued its investment strategy for fiscal year 2025, taking advantage of new authorities allowing it to provide loans and loan guarantees to companies in the supply chain for key technologies that have capital investment needs. The new investment strategy coincides with OSC’s release of an application window for equipment financing that was first announced last September through a Notice of Funding Availability (Defense Daily, Oct. 1, 2024).
