The Army is seeking qualified sources for a full rate production contract for the Joint Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Reconnaissance System (JNBCRS) Increment 1. Increment 1 will be for 20 systems, with each system consisting of a base vehicle (Light Armored Vehicle), NBC detection equipment suite, and command and control suite.
