DHS SOC Contract Will Be Worth $395M to Single Vendor

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says its upcoming acquisition of next-generation services for a headquarters Security Operation Center (SOC) will have a ceiling value of $395 million over seven years to a single vendor.A Request for Proposal for the DHS SOC is expected to be released in the second or third quarter of FY ’15 and a contract award is anticipated in the first quarter of FY ’16, according to DHS briefing slides labeled tentative milestones that were provided…
