DHS Issues RFP For FFRDC

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) this week issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center (HSOAC) Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), which will provide independent, mission level technical and integration expertise to department leadership and managers.The ceiling value of the contract is $500.3 million, according to a Sep. 14 posting in the FedBizOpps.gov site.The HSOAC will refocus the current Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute (HSSAI) FFRDC, which is operated by Analytic…
