DHS Issues NBAF Solicitation for Construction

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a solicitation for the construction of the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF), which will be built in Manhattan, Kans., on the campus of Kansas State Univ. The NBAF will be a biosafety level 2, 3E, 3A and 4 laboratory research facility. Sol. No. HSFLP-09-R-00001. Contact: Robert Driggers, contracting officer, 912-261-3630, bob.driggers@dhs.gov.
