Day & Zimmerman Acquires Small Government O&M Services Company

The engineering and construction firm Day & Zimmermann (D&Z) on Tuesday said it has acquired M2 Services Corp., a small company that provides aviation and vehicle heavy maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services to the Defense Department and other government customers.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
