DART Aerospace Acquires Paravion Technology And Century Helicopters

Canada’s DART Aerospace on Thursday said it has acquired Colorado-based Paravion Technology and its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service arm Century Helicopter, complementing its portfolio of products for original equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket for the helicopter and aerospace industry and adding work in the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance completion space.
