Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $55,833,251, sole-source, hybrid (firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-incentive-fee) contract modification (P00022) under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case JA-P-NCO contract HQ085121C0001.  This modification extends performance and expands Aegis FMS in-scope work under new and existing contract line item numbers.  The work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey.  The period of performance for this action is from time of award through March 31, 2024.  The total value of the contract increases from $310,133,788 to $363,967,039.  Case JA-P-NCO funds in the amount of $43,189,131.82 are being obligated at the time of award.  The Missile Defense Agency, Dahlgren, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
