Gilbane SMCC ECC LLC, Concord, California, is awarded a $62,865,756 firm-fixed-price task order (N6274222F9936) under a multiple award construction contract for the construction of a Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB) Enablers facility at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Guam. The work to be performed provides for, but is not limited to, the construction of a MEB Enablers facility which will provide a primary operating force at MCB Guam to base their operations and execute its mission. The facility will have administrative, supply, direct support and maintenance spaces to support the mission of the Third MEB. Work will be performed in Finegayan, Guam, and is expected to be completed by September 2024. Fiscal 2022 military construction, (Navy) funds in the amount of $62,865,756 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
