Gideon Contracting LLC, San Antonio, Texas, was awarded a $14,167,979 contract for repairs to Bunch Hall Dorm 221. This contract provides for the contractor to furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, personnel, and all else necessary to manage and accomplish a comprehensive dorm renovation.
