CACI Cloud-Centric Federal Services Provider Buys Applied Insight

CACI International [CACI] on Tuesday said it acquired Applied Insight, a cloud-centric business serving the defense, intelligence, and public sectors. CACI did not disclose deal terms but said it was an all-cash transaction.
