CBP Seeks Large Scale Fixed NII System for PakistanCustoms and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a solicitation for a full and open competition for a single large-scale fixed non-intrusive inspection (NII) system for deployment in Karachi, Pakistan. The solicitation was originally sole-source for Smiths Detection but CBP opened the requirement for competition based on vendor comments to the sole-source announcement and draft statement of work.
