*The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) plans to award contracts to OSI Systems [OSIS] and Smiths Detection for whole body imagers and Bottled Liquid Scanners respectively using funds from the Recovery Act. The awards will be made under existing indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts each firm has with TSA. *Sagem Securite has created a new business unit, Morpho Detection, from its acquisition of General Electric's [GE] Homeland Protection business. Morpho Detection is led by Dennis Cooke, who ran GE's homeland business.…
