*General Dynamics [GD] won a potential $65 million contract over five years to develop an automated recruiting and hiring system for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The five-year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the e-recruitment system is part of an overall effort to consolidate and modernize the Human Resource systems of DHS.
