Bell Helicopter Signs Agreement With PT Dirgantara Indonesia To Expand Indonesia Business

Bell Helicopter [TXT] and PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero, PTDI) signed an expanded Industrial and Commercial Agreement to allow both companies to expand their support and services in Indonesia to Bell Helicopter operators, the company said Monday.First signed at Bell headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, on Nov. 30, 2015, this extends an earlier agreement in place since 2012 while solidifying PTDI’s customization and delivery work for Bell 412 platforms.
