The development of futuristic materials for use in ships, aircraft and combat vehicles is a reality, with the establishment of the Defence Materials Technology Centre (DMTC). The Minister for Defence Science and Personnel, Warren Snowdon, the Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research Sen.
