Army Launches Effort To Speed Up Industry’s Access To Test Ranges

The Army has launched a new effort to speed up industry’s access to its test ranges, pushing to compress the timeline for securing space that can currently take 12-18 months down to 30 days. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll on Friday detailed a new portal website offering a “concierge” experience to assist companies looking to bring their internal research and development (IRAD) projects to the service’s test sites, with the initiative starting at four domestic installations and a new site in…
