The Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC), in support of the Joint Program Manager for Biological Defense, is sponsoring a Technology Readiness Evaluation for the Joint Biological Tactical Detection System (JBTDS) Identifier. The purpose of the evaluation is to evaluate mature and advanced prototype biological warfare agent identification technologies using nucleic and/or non-nucleic acid detection that are fully or semi-automated.
