Animetrics on SAIC’s BOSS-U Program for Face Recognition

Animetrics Inc. says it has been chosen as a subcontractor by Science Applications International Corp. [SAI] to provide 2D and 3D face recognition products in support of SAIC's Biometrics Operations and Support Services-Unrestricted (BOSS-U) contract with the Army's Biometrics Task Force (BTF). SAIC is one of 12 prime contractors selected by the BTF late last year to compete for task orders under the potential $497 million BOSS-U award (TR2, Jan. 7).
