Air Force Successfully Test Launches Minuteman III ICBM

The Air Force successfully test launched an unarmed Minuteman III ICBM Sunday from Vandenberg AFB, Calif., according to a service statement. The Air Force said it will next test launch an unarmed Minuteman III Thursday. The previous Minuteman III test launch was May 22. The Air Force test launches a Minuteman III ICBM in September 2010.
