The private equity firm AE Industrial Partners (AEI) on Monday said it has made “a significant equity and debt investment” in Fire Team Solutions, which provides technology services to the intelligence community and Defense Department. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed and AEI declined to answer any questions about the deal beyond what was in its press release.
