Accenture To Acquire ASM Research To Expand Defense, Federal Health Business

Accenture [ACN] yesterday said it has agreed to acquire ASM Research, an information solutions and services firm serving the Defense Department and other federal customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Closing is subject to regulatory approvals. A number of ASM’s defense customers are in healthcare and related activities.
