4G, Partner L-1, Win $6M India ID Contract

India's 4G Identity Solutions and its partner L-1 Identity Solutions [ID] have won a $6 million-plus base contract from the state government of Andhra Pradesh to consolidate and de-duplicate an existing database of 82 million citizen demographic details with iris codes of 56 million citizens. 4G will use a farm of blade servers and L-1's SIRIS matching engine upgraded with the next-generation Daugman algorithms and 4G's multi-biometric identity platform.
