TransDigm Completes $1.4 Billion Acquisition Of CPI’s Electron Device Business

TransDigm Group Inc. [TDG] last week said it has completed its $1.4 billion cash acquisition of Communications & Power Industries’ (CPI) Electron Device business, which manufactures electronic components and subsystems used primarily in the aerospace and defense sector. The deal was first announced last November (Defense Daily, Nov. 9, 2023).
