Smiths Detection Launches New Dual View Scanner Smiths Detection has introduced the HI-SCAN 7555 DV, a dual-view X-Ray scanner that can provide automatic explosives detection in a compact footprint for high threat applications. The system includes an automated explosives detection algorithm as standard and optionally a European Civil Aviation Conference explosive detection system CB C1 certified algorithm in combination with optional iCMORE weapons capability to allow for the automatic detection of weapons.
