TE Connectivity Acquires Relay Manufacturer For Aerospace, Defense Applications

TE Connectivity [TE] on Monday said it has acquired DRI Relays, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of electro-mechanical relays and other devices for long-life applications in harsh environments, including the aerospace, defense, rail and space sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. DRI is based in New York with manufacturing operations in India.
