Acting Federal Aviation Administrator Robert Sturgell used an appearance at the annual Heli-Expo helicopter industry trade show to announce that Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) services will be available in the Gulf of Mexico at the end of 2009.
