S&T’s Budget Request Includes Detailed Plan for Air Cargo Screening

To help the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) meet the federal mandate for screening all air cargo for explosives by next August, the Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology (S&T) branch is requesting $10 million in FY '10 as part of a multi-year effort in that area.
