SOS International, LLC (SOSi) on Wednesday said it has acquired Vykin Corp., a small veteran-owned company that provides communications, intelligence and information technology support to the Defense Department and intelligence community. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SOSi, which is based in Northern Virginia, said the acquisition of Florida-based Vykin makes it one of the few mid-tier companies that is certified by the National Security Agency to integrate commercial network solutions in classified national security systems environment.
