Rockwell Collins Completes Purchase of DataPath

Rockwell Collins [COL] on Monday said it has completed its acquisition of satellite communications systems provider DataPath, Inc., giving it a position in the commercial satellite network communications market. The $130 million deal included a $20 million cash payment and the assumption by Rockwell Collins of about $110 million in DataPath's debt (Defense Daily, April 2).
