Raytheon’s Forcepoint To Acquire Cloud Security Solution From Imperva

Imperva, Inc. [IMPV] on Wednesday said Raytheon’s [RTN] Forcepoint commercial cyber security division has agreed to acquire the company’s cloud security solution Skyfence.Terms of the deal were not announced.
