Raytheon Technologies To Acquire Small Satellite Company Blue Canyon

Raytheon Technologies [RTX] on Tuesday said it has agreed to acquire a developer and manufacturer of small satellites and related components, Blue Canyon Technologies. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close in early 2021 pending regulatory approvals, were not disclosed.
