Raytheon Posts Solid Third Quarter Results On Missile, Radar Programs

Led by strong results in its businesses that produce missile and sensor systems, Raytheon [RTN] on Oct. 25 reported solid third quarter financial results with earnings and sales both higher.Net income increased 5 percent to $572 million, $1.97 earnings per share (EPS), from $544 million ($1.84 EPS) in 2016, beating consensus estimates by six cents a share.
