Private Equity Firm AEI Acquires National Security Services Firm PCI

AE Industrial Partners on Monday said it has acquired PCI, a provider of cyber security, computer network operations, data analytics and cloud solutions to the intelligence community, defense customers and other federal agencies. Terms of the deal were not included. PCI, which is based in Columbia, Md., has about 350 employees, all of them with security clearances.
