Sital Technology Announces the World’s First Secured 1553 Component

KFAR SABA, Israel, Feb. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Sital Technology announces the availability of a Secured MIL-STD-1553B/1760 solution. The secured 1553 capabilities provide real-time detection and prevention against zero-day cyber-attacks.

“The secured 1553 solution by Sital integrates real-time logic to ensure flight safety and mission execution while defending against harmful attacks,” said Ofer Hofman, Sital Technology Chief Technology Officer. “Secure and safe 1553 is a necessary upgrade bringing MIL-STD-1553B into the 21st century application requirements.”

The Secured 1553 solution is available as a standalone FPGA IP core, and as a part of Sital’s MIL-STD-1553B/1760 product portfolio.

The Secured 1553 solution is DO-254 DAL A compliant and suitable for all military and civil applications.
