McKean Awarded Two NSWC Contracts

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 17, 2018

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — McKean Defense Group, LLC announced today that it was awarded two contracts out of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWC PD) totaling more than $70M. Both contracts are Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts with a five-year period of performance.

The first award is valued at $41M and includes engineering and technical services for electrical power and generation systems for surface ships, submarines, and assault craft. McKean was also awarded a $30M contract for alteration, equipment life cycle management, data collection and analysis, metrics, development and testing, system operability testing, and logistic product development support for Army Watercraft and other hull, mechanical and electrical systems.
