Ed Meehan Joins Guidehouse to Lead Aerospace & Defense

WASHINGTON, April 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Guidehouse, a leading provider of management consulting services, announced today that Ed Meehan has joined the firm as Leader of Aerospace & Defense (A&D). Meehan will drive the market-leading growth strategy while bringing new capabilities, innovative approaches, and commercial practices to the firm’s broad client base.

Most recently, Meehan served as Chief Operating Officer of Accenture Federal Services (AFS).  During his 27+ years with Accenture, Meehan served as Safety and Citizen Services portfolio lead, focusing on homeland security, diplomacy, and law enforcement agencies as well as supporting education and commerce missions.  As sales lead, he was responsible for more than $1 billion in sales.  With cross-industry experience spanning US Federal, State & Local, and Non-Governmental Organizations, he is accomplished in large business capture, transformational program outcomes and P&L leadership. Meehan is known for integrating capabilities which drive growth and innovate delivery models in rapidly changing technology and business environments. Meehan is a seasoned leader who emphasizes inclusion and diversity in building teams and successful cultures.

Meehan earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
